Return & Refund Policy 

As our products are all handcraft and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. All sales are final. As a result, we strongly recommend that our customers take a detailed and accurate measurement of their nails’ size before placing an order. Please check our TUTORIAL or contact us via email for guidance. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception as soon as possible. If you receive a damaged product or wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by email (service_gloznails@outlook.com) and do not discard the damaged products or the packaging. Please note that we will only deal with issues within 7 days of the package being signed for. It means that if you do not report any issues within 7 days of signing for your package, we will not offer any after-sales service for the orders in question.

We will notify you if it is accepted after you report the issues by email. After your application is approved, we will resend the products to you within 5 business days. Please note that we will not refund damaged products. We will provide you with the new ones of identical products. For wrong items, we will send you the correct ones within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your returns. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will provide mutually satisfactory solutions on a case-by-case basis.
