1-1 Should I choose glue or adhesive tabs?

The difference between glue and adhesive tabs are as follows:

You can make different decisions according to your needs at each time you applied the press-on.

 

1-2 What if the nails fall off after the adhesive tabs are used up?

Gloz offer adhesive tabs and glue separately in our website. You could order more if you need. Please note that extra shipping is required for the supplement.

 

1-3 Are the nails reusable?

It depends on whether you're using adhesive tabs or glue. If you use glue, nails are disposable. Otherwise, the nails applied via tabs can be reused about five times.

 

1-4 How long will my nails last?

It depends. There are many factors that affects, such as individual nails care, different nails’ shapes, and usage scenario after applying press-on. Generally speaking, they could last for about a week if you use adhesive tabs, and about 14 days if you apply with glue.

 

1-5 How to remove the nails?

2-1 What countries can we ship to?

Gloz provides worldwide shipping.

 

2-2 How long would the shipping take?

As all nails are custom handmade, please allow 2-3 business days processing time before shipping. Shipping takes 5-7 business days (for Tool Kit A) and 6-10 business days (for Tool Kit B). It means that it takes at least 7-10 business days in total from the time you place your order to the time you receive the nails. Please contact us if you do not receive the nails on time.

2-4 Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Please send email to us (service_gloznails@outlook.com) with your order number.

IMPORTANT: We will check the order status as soon as we receive your email. If the order has already been shipped, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
